Kizingoni Beach is delighted to announce the addition of their KIZINGONI BANDAS. Designed to offer cool, comfortable accommodation for honeymooners, couples or single travellers – each banda has its own bathroom and mini-terrace: some made entirely of palm thatch, others with coral foundations.

Sited on a raised sand dune at the center of Kizingoni Beach, the BANDAS share a fabulous pool/dining area with panoramic views of the channel and the ocean. As in the Kizingoni Beach houses, our chefs will deliver a delicious daily menu, which can be enjoyed on the top communal dining deck or in the privacy of your banda.

The KIZINGONI BANDAS have access to a speed boat, on request, and have full use of the Kizingoni Beach water sports, safari and massage services.

At present we have 3 units available for rent, with a further 3 units planned for Xmas 2011. The units available are the Frangipani Banda, the Palm Breezes Banda and the Castaways Banda, Castaways Banda has an attached twin bed extension.

Additional Charges

A shared speedboat and captain available to all banda occupants on request, fuel charged at €2.5 per litre. Additional non-residential guests for meals and/or drinks, €65 per day. Breakages and extras such as fuel and non-included activities, will be billed directly to guests prior to departure.

Flight Reservations

Reservations for connecting flights from Nairobi, Mombasa or Malindi can be organized through Kizingoni Management. Lamu airstrip to Kizingoni return boat transfer is included in the rental price.
